Recital time!
On December 21st, the music students from Do Re Mi Lessons will be showcasing their hard work and talent. Our first ever Holiday Showcase will take place in the court outside JC Penny at Southwest Plaza Mall. The event starts at 2pm and is open to the public.
On the twelfth day of Christmas

Performers of instruments of all shapes and sizes will take the stage. Guitar lesson students, piano students, string kids, singers, and even a percussion ensemble! The Do Re Mi Holiday Orchestra will perform their own set of caroling favorites. A select group of string students will perform the Corelli Christmas Concerto. PLUS, some of our very own music teachers will play some of their seasonal favorites as well.
If you are a parent of one of our music students, or a student yourself, don’t forget to sign up. You can speak with your teacher about what you can play. Although this is a “Holiday Showcase”, that does not mean you absolutely have to play holiday music. Play whatever you are comfortable with. More importantly, perform something that you are excited about. There will be a signup sheet in the lobby to let us know that your want to perform. There is no fee for this event.
